This course balances practical music production training with mindfulness-based self-integration techniques, offering a holistic approach to music creation.

COURSE STRUCTURE:
1. Hands-On Ableton Instruction
In each session, you'll receive guided support tailored to your level. Topics may include:
Navigating the Ableton Live interface (Session vs Arrangement View)
Building drum patterns with Drum Rack
Recording and editing audio/MIDI
Sound design using built-in instruments and synths
Using effects, automation, EQ, and compression
Arranging full tracks and finalizing your workflow
2. Self-Awareness & Creative Integration:
Every class also includes a short integration practice to
deepen your connection to your music, such as:
Guided breathwork or body-centered awareness
Journaling or intention setting
Emotional check-ins around creative blocks or breakthroughs
Creative visualizations or somatic prompts for production
3. Homework Between Sessions, each lesson will come with:
Technical exercises to refine your Ableton skills
Reflective prompts or creative tasks to expand your inner artist
Optional: Continue working on your personal track(s) with light feedback
